Client did not receive Delivery code

Petro sends a delivery code to the phone number associated with the client’s Petro account once you click on “Delivered”. If the client did not receive the delivery code, you can request us to resend the code:
Go to your seller dashboard
Select the affected order
Click on “Delivered”
Tap on “Resend code”
You can contact our support team if you need further assistance. To do this, open the app and tap on “Message Us” to submit a ticket.
