If the buyer gives off a wrong address, try to contact the buyer via your app. We recommend that you talk through the direction with the buyer before products are released for delivery.
If you can’t deliver to the buyer's location, you can cancel the order or request the buyer to cancel and order again with the right location. You or the buyer may be charged a cancellation fee subject to our Terms of service
