A card payment may fail for several reasons:
There are insufficient funds on your card
Your card has expired
E-commerce transactions aren’t enabled for your card
You have exceeded your daily/monthly limit for online purchases.
To resolve a failed payment, please reach out to your bank or credit card company to inform them of the amount and date of the order so they can approve the transaction.
After your bank or credit card issuer has confirmed that the transaction can be re-tried, please try to place the order all over again from the “Shop” tab.
If you still experience issues, please contact our support team from the app.
Note: The only transaction needed to pay for your order takes place in the Petro Buyer app or by cash and bank transfer(these later options are available upon a Cash-on-Delivery transaction). External payments such as cheques, or third-party apps (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc.) are not necessary.
