Adding and selecting a preferred payment method will allow you to place an order. You can add payment methods such as credit cards or debit cards. While placing an order, your selected payment method will be charged. 


You can manage and change your payment methods in the Wallet tab. 


ADD A PAYMENT METHOD
 

To add a card, use the Add Payment Method option on the Wallet tab.

1. Select "Wallet" from your app menu.

2. Tap Add Payment.

3. Enter your card number.

4. Enter the expiration date and CVV number

5. Tap Pay NGN 10.00 to continue the process.
       When you add a new card, our system will validate it with a card verification fee which is automatically added to your wallet balance. If you experience an issue with adding your card, make sure:

  • You entered the correct card details

  • You have enough funds on your card

  • Your card has not expired

  • Your debit or credit card allows recurring e-commerce transactions

  • You are adding your Mastercard or Visa card.


DELETE A PAYMENT METHOD 

Your account must have at least one payment method at all times. If you wish to delete your only payment method, you'll need to add a new one first.
1. Select "Wallet" from your menu.
2. Select the card you'd like to delete.
3. Tap 
 Delete on the top right corner of the screen


Always check that you have selected the correct payment method before placing an order. It is not possible to change it once you have placed the order.
