If you forget your password, please click on “Forgot Password” on the app login screen. You'll need to enter the email address or mobile number associated with your Petro account.
You'll receive an email in a few minutes. This email includes a link that redirects you to the Petro website in order to reset your password.
It's good practice to create a unique password for Petro. Be careful not to share your password in emails or other communication platforms.
Note: Petro support will never ask you for your password.
