If you wish to contact your seller about a delivery location or talk about other details of the order you requested, you can do that through the app. 

To contact the seller: 

  1. Tap “Shop” to access the orders page 

  1. Go to “History” and tap on your open order. 

  1. Click the phone icon. You’ll get a prompt to allow Petro Buyer to make and manage phone calls. Tap “Allow”.  

Note that sellers may not answer their phones or reply to a text message when en route.
