To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we recommend—
Turning on notifications for the Petro buyer app.
Keeping an eye out for text messages and phone calls from the merchant.
Leaving helpful instructions for parking, gate codes, landmarks close to your location, or other clues to find your home.
Note: When an order is delivered to you, you will receive a delivery code which you will have to share with the merchant if you are satisfied with your order.
The merchant can’t find your location
If the merchant cannot find your location, they’ll try to contact you via text message or phone call before taking further action. Unless you specifically request for them to do so, merchants are unable to leave an order unattended.
When a buyer can’t be found or contacted for an extended period, the order may be canceled.
Unavailable to receive delivery
In the case that you are unavailable to receive your delivery in person, we recommend first reaching out to a friend or neighbor to get it for you. Just let the merchant know of the change by placing a call across.
Wrong address on order
Placed order and realized too late that it’s headed to the wrong address?
You’ll need to reach out to the merchant to fix the issue.
