Rating a Seller

Rating sellers can increase/decrease their patronage with the ultimate aim of ensuring that you get the best quality of products. To rate a seller, follow the prompts in the app after delivery.
You can also rate the seller following your “History” via the following steps:
Open the Petro Buyer app.
On the dashboard, tap “Shop”.
Tap “History” and select the affected order to review the seller
Tap “Submit review”
Select the number of stars (1-5) you want to rate your seller. Select review points. (“Prompt” or “Late”, “Original” or “Fake” and others as the case may be)
Add a title and body (if you want to) and select "Submit".
