I'm not receiving SMS, Emails or Push Notifications

If you're experiencing issues SMS(during sign up), receiving emails or push notifications, make sure:
You're in an area with good network reception.
You are logged into your merchant account
Your phone number is entered correctly in the Petro Seller app.
However, if these issues persist, please reach out to our Support team via the “Message Us” option in your app
