Before accepting an order, review the ordered item. If you cannot complete the order, please cancel it. However, if you cancel an order which you have already accepted, you will be charged a cancellation fee as buyers will have to be redirected to available merchants.
To cancel the order, on the ‘Seller dashboard” do the following:
Tap “Order” to access your order requests.
Select the affected order.
Click the “Cancel” order option.
If it’s a Cash on Delivery order(COD), then choose the relevant reason for cancellation.
