The Petro Seller app is made for convenience which means that we rule out the possibilities of receiving orders that are not within a 3-kilometer radius to your “Base location”. Your “Base Location” is your current address (co-ordinates included) as a seller.  

As a seller, your base location is one of the most important pieces of information required of you. This is to avoid any chance of having an order placed by a buyer far away from you. 

You can simply do this by following these steps:

  1. Click on the  “Menu Bar” at the top left corner of your screen 

  2. Tap "Seller Dashboard" 

  3. Tap "Settings" 

  4. Click the Update my base location option 

  5. You can type in your base location or choose on the map

That’s all it takes, So forget the worries and add a new base location if you need to!
